- Your Investment Goals. What outcome are you looking for with this property? With this business? With this lease? What are the best ways to achieve those results? How will you know if it is successful?
- Your Investment Personality. What is your risk tolerance when it comes to investing? Maybe you are aggressive on stocks, but more conservative when it comes to real estate. How about other investment opportunities? While our focus is on real estate and business, we do believe you need a balanced portfolio to weather the storms.

Are you prepared for the lease-up time on an empty building? Have you estimated appropriately for your business start-up costs or down time that will come with a move?
